Reseller Program - Terms and Conditions
Reseller agreements are put together on a case-by-case basis. Although there are many potential arrangements and options, some basic principles apply to all reseller agreements:
- We are providing our services to a block of your clients. We will continue to do this in good faith as long as payment is received in a timely manner.
- You may cancel your service with us at any time. Any advance payments will be pro-rated and credited back to you.
- Reseller pricing is negotiable and is generally based on the total number of mailboxes serviced.
- Items that affect pricing include billing options (including term of service and who handles the actual billing process), customer service (who handles primary tier 1 issues - us or you.), etc.
